Refund policy

Ask within fourteen days of your first purchase and we return the money in full, even after you have downloaded and installed it.

The fourteen days run from the day of your first purchase of a key. Installing the software, running it, and reading every line of it do not end that right.

Many sellers of software refuse a refund once you have downloaded the files. We do not.

Write to hello@konvenient.ai and say the word refund. Give the mail address you bought with. You do not have to give a reason.

Polar returns the money to the card or the account you paid from. Polar is the seller of record, so Polar issues the credit note as well.

We ask Polar the same day we hear from you.

Your key stops receiving new releases on the day of the refund. Every release dated before that day keeps running, on every machine you run it on.

We touch nothing on your machine. Your desk, your database, your mail and your tasks are yours, and a refund does not reach them.

A renewal is not a first purchase. The fourteen days apply to the first key you buy, not to the year you renew.

The install service is quoted and agreed separately. Ask before you buy it.

European law gives a consumer fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Many sellers of digital goods ask you to give that right up before they let you download. We do not ask you to give it up.

So the two rights are the same length here, and you do not have to work out which one you are using. Fourteen days from your first purchase, whatever you have downloaded, installed or read.

Polar Software, Inc. is the seller of record, so Polar is who the contract is with and who returns the money. Polar’s own buyer terms apply to the sale as well as this page, and nothing on this page takes away a right the law gives you.

You are a consumer if you are buying for yourself. Buying for a company is a business purchase, and the withdrawal right in the law is a consumer right. Our own fourteen days apply to you either way — that is this page, not the law.
