Nothing leaves your machine. Your mail, your tasks, your notes and your database stay on the machine you installed this on.
There is no account with us. There is no server of ours that your desk depends on. Your desk talks to your mailbox and to the model provider you chose, and to nothing else of ours.
The words your agent sends to the model provider go to that provider under your own agreement with them. We do not see them.
We hold no data about you beyond what Polar holds for your invoice.
Polar is the seller of record. Polar takes your payment, files the tax and issues your invoice. Polar therefore holds your name, your billing address and your mail address, because an invoice needs them.
Our issuer holds one row for each key: the key, the tier, the dates, the Polar order id and the mail address the key was sent to. We need it to send you the key again if you lose it, and to hold you to one trial per address.
We hold no copy of your mail, your tasks, your notes or your database. We could not reach them: they are on your machine.
We are not your data processor.
You process your own data, on your own machine, under your own control. We supply the software. We do not handle the personal data your business holds, so a data processing agreement with us would describe nothing.
Your agreement about your customers’ data is with your model provider and your mail provider, not with us.

Ask Polar directly about the invoice record, because Polar is the seller and holds it.
Deleting the issuer row deletes your ability to have the key re-sent. Your installed software keeps running.
